All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to Núria at: nuria@barcelonahair.org

-Cancellations received by 31/12/2025: Full refund 
- Cancellations received between 01/01/2026 and 09/09/2026: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- After 09/09/2026: No refunds will be issued.
- No refund will be given for no-shows or participants who do not attend the course
